Your privacy is very important to us at YouDiscoverTruth (YDT), our app, GODcha, godcha.org, ydt.youdiscovertruth.com, god-cha.com, and any private branded app we may create. The following privacy policy covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices.

YouDiscoverTruth’s COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY

Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. When you subscribe to our app and/or services, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences, and credit card information.

To better protect your personal information we provide this notice explaining YDT online information practices. It applies to all information you submit, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card number. We use the information you provide when you Donate, and when assisting with support issues. We may also contact you from time to time with product updates, push notifications and other information that we think may be of interest to you. We also use personal information to help us develop, deliver, and improve our products, services, content, and advertising, although again, we do not disclose personal information to any outside parties in this regard.

The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on YDT’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. It also helps us to improve our services, content, and advertising. If you don't want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by following the unsubscribe directions in email correspondence that you receive from us. From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with YDT you may not opt out of receiving these communications. You can review information about you that we have collected online and maintain by writing us at contact@youdiscovertruth.com. To better safeguard your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

We also collect non-personal information & data in a form that does not permit direct association with any specific individual (e.g. church/ministry position, area code, zip code, unique device identifier, time zone, etc.). We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose. However, if we combine non-personal information with personal information, then the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

Please note that whenever you submit any information to us in connection with any YDT related services, you consent to YDT’s processing of this information in the United States as necessary to provide the services in which you are participating. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

ONLINE PRIVACY AND CREDIT CARD PROTECTION POLICY

At YDT, we want you to feel safe and secure when you provide us with your personal information online. For this reason, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make product purchases or request technical assistance. The process of encryption minimizes the possibility of unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the Internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the Internet again. However, even with such protection policies and safeguard procedures in place, there is always the possibility of fraud occurring. If you believe unauthorized disclosure or use of your credit information has occurred, please follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card's issuing bank and contact us immediately. Most credit card companies cover all charges that result form unauthorized use of your credit card or may limit your liability to a small dollar amount.

DATA SECURITY AND YOUR USE

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and internal operational procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

YDT takes precautions including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

However, when you use some YDT products, services, or applications or post on an YDT forum, chat room, or social networking service, the personal information you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and email address in a forum posting, that information is public. Please take care when using these features.

COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES

YDT’s websites, apps, online services, interactive applications, email messages, and advertisements may use 'cookies' and other technologies. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of our offerings people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of what YDT offers and does. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. Similarly, to the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.

YDT’s licensees and our partners also may use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use our websites, apps, online services, and applications. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with YDT more convenient and personal. Knowing your contact information, product serial numbers, and information about your computer or device helps us register your products, personalize your operating system, set up your services, and provide you with better experience. Our goal is for you to discover truth for yourself, period.

As is true of most websites and apps, we gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider, referring and exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the site, to learn about user behavior on the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. YDT may use this information in our marketing and advertising services.

YDT websites, apps, products, applications, and services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties. Information collected by third parties, which may include such things as location data or contact details, is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.

On some rare circumstances, it may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence for YDT to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.

To make sure your personal information is secure, we communicate our privacy and security guidelines to YDT employees, strategic partners, product providers and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company.

YDT may update its Privacy Policy from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our websites along with the updated Privacy Policy.

Please understand that if you utilize YDT’s websites or services, then it is highly recommended that you review our ‘Terms of Service’ (below), and that if you utilize YDT’s apps, then it is highly recommended that you review our ‘End User License and/or Subscription’ (below), which both shall take precedence over any conflict of terms that may be referenced herein.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the 'Terms Of Use') apply to the YouDiscoverTruth ('YDT) web sites located at ; , , , and all associated sites by YDT’s subsidiaries and affiliates, (collectively, the 'Site'). The Sites are the property of YDT. BY USING THESE SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THESE SITES.

As long as you comply with these Terms Of Use, YDT grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter, use the Site and view its content therein.

1. WEB SITE & SERVICES CONTENT. All YDT text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, design/layout, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, 'Content'), including but not limited to the design, structure, functionality, selection, coordination, expression and arrangement of such Content, contained on YDT Site are owned, controlled or licensed by or to YDT. Except as expressly provided in these Terms Of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without YDT’s express prior written consent.

2. YOUR AUTHORIZED USES. You may use information on the Site, as well as YDT products and services purposely made available by YDT for downloading and subscribing from the Site, provided that you: (a) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (b) use such information only for your personal, non-commercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (c) make no modifications to any such information, and (d) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents.

3. PROHIBITED USES. You may not use any scraper, robot, spider or other automated device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site. YDT reserves the right to bar any such activity or access. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or YDT’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Site or to YDT. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person's use of the Site. You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to YDT on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity. You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms Of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of YDT or others.

4. ACCOUNTS/IDENTIFICATION AND PASSWORDS. Certain features or services offered on or through the Site and app(s) may require you to open an account (including setting up an YDT account/identification and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify YDT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by YDT or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your YDT identification, password or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential. You may not use anyone else's YDT identification, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that YDT identification, password or account. YDT cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

5. TERMINATION; SUSPECTED BREACH. If you breach any of these Terms Of Use or YDT suspects any breach of its privacy policy or end user license agreements, or for any other reason that affects YDT’s business, customers or the public, YDT may: (a) begin legal action, (b) immediately suspend or terminate these Terms Of Use with you, or (c) cooperate with law enforcement in legal proceedings against violators. You agree that YDT may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site and/or block your future access to the Site if we determine that you have violated these Terms Of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the Site. You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms Of Use will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to YDT, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to YDT obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that YDT deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies YDT may have at law or in equity. You agree to cooperate with YDT in investigating suspected violations. In the event of termination of these Terms Of Use, any and all rights of use granted to you under these Terms Of Use immediately cease, and you must immediately cease any use of the Site.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. YDT DOES NOT PROMISE THAT THE SITE, THE APP(S), OR ANY CONTENT, SERVICE OR FEATURE OF THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC RESULTS. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE DELIVERED ON AN 'AS-IS' AND 'AS-AVAILABLE' BASIS. ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT), WILL BE THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR AN APPLICABLE YDT PRODUCT OR SERVICE, OR SEVEN DOLLARS ($7.00), WHICHEVER IS THE GREATER. THE EXISTENCE OF MULTIPLE CLAIMS OR SUITS UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OF USE WILL NOT ENLARGE OR EXTEND THE LIMITATION OF MONEY DAMAGES.

8. INDEMNIFICATION. You must defend, indemnify and hold YDT harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs or damages arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms Of Use.

9. NO ASSIGNMENT. These Terms Of Use will be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against your respective successors and permitted assignees. You may not assign these Terms Of Use, or any of your rights, interests, or obligations in connection with your use of the Site (s), app (s), without seeking and obtaining the prior written consent of YDT in each instance. Any such assignment without such consent will be void and of no force and effect.

10. THIRD PARTY CONTENT. The Site may contain content or links to various third party web sites and other resources ("Third Party Content"). This Third Party Content (e.g. other than youdiscovertruth.com godcha.org and ydtweb.com) is not under the control of YDT and YDT is not responsible or liable for the content, communications or materials of any Third Party Content. YDT, if applicable, provides this content or links to you as a convenience only. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by YDT of the Third Party Content or any association with its operators. You are responsible for adhering to the applicable terms of use for any Third Party Content. You are solely responsible and liable for any interactions you may have with such entities, their sponsors and other third parties. On some rare circumstances, it may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence for YDT to disclose your personal information. 11. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You may not use or export or re-export any Content or any copy or adaptation of such Content, or any product or service offered on the Site (s), app (s), in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation United States export laws and regulations.

12. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; ATTORNEYS' FEES. Colorado state law governs the interpretation of these Terms Of Use and applies to claims for breach of it, regardless of conflict of laws principles. The laws of the state where you live govern all other claims, including claims under state consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort. Regardless of the choice of laws, any action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Castle Rock, Colorado, and each party irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. 13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; NO WAIVER; SEVERABILITY. These Terms of Use comprise the entire agreement and understanding of you and YDT regarding the YDT web sites, app (s) and related services, and supersedes and replaces all other agreements or representations, whether electronic, written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this agreement. YDT’s failure at any time to require strict performance by you or any other licensees of any of the provisions of this agreement does not waive YDT’s right to thereafter require strict compliance with any provisions of this agreement. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines, in a final non-appealable judgment, that any provision of this agreement is invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision will be deleted and the remainder of the agreement will be enforced as nearly as possible in accordance with the stated intention of the parties. Electronic images of this agreement will be considered originals.

14. MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. As summarily noted above, YDT may modify these Terms Of Use at any time in its sole discretion. If so, a change of terms notice or a current version of this Agreement will be posted on the YDT websites (at godcha.org, youdiscovertruth.com, and ydtweb.com). In the event of a material change to this Agreement we will also use reasonable efforts to notify you by sending notice to the email address that you have provided to us. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you agree that your only recourse is to immediately terminate your use of the Site (s), app (s) and related services. Your continued use of the Site (s), app (s) and related services following our posting of a change of terms notice will constitute your binding acceptance of the change. Please read this YDT Software End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully. This EULA is a contract between you and YDT, and governs your use of any YDT software (including youdiscovertruth.com, ydt.youdiscovertruth.com, god-cha.com, the youdiscovertruth app, the GODcha app, and any private brands of the same app), and any YDT products and content, including but not limited to Bible files, e-book files, reference materials, font files, app layout, and any other files available from YDT), including any Updates (defined below) and accompanying printed or electronic documentation (collectively, the Product).

BY CLICKING 'I AGREE' TO LIST IN, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT CLICK 'I AGREE' TO LIST IN, DOWNLOAD, INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. You and YDT acknowledge that a) you are licensing use of the Product from YDT and not Apple, Google, Amazon or other on-line sellers, and b) Apple, Google, Amazon and other on-line sellers are not a party to this EULA. As between Apple/Google/Amazon or other on-line sellers and YDT, YDT is solely responsible for the Product, the content therein, any maintenance or support services to the extent required by applicable law, any warranties to the extent that such warranties have not been disclaimed, and any claims that you or any other party may have relating to the Product (including for infringement of third party intellectual property rights and consumer protection and product liability claims). You and YDT acknowledge and agree that Apple, Google, Amazon or other on-line sellers and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that Apple, Google Amazon or other on-line sellers will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary hereof.

2. LICENSE GRANT. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, YDT grants to you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable, non-transferable, revocable license to subscribe to use one copy of the Product on up to three (3) supported devices that you own or control.

Other than as specifically permitted during a free trial period, if applicable, you may not manipulate the Product, YDT’s websites or other YDT resources to access or utilize any subscription-based feature of the Product unless you have paid the applicable fee. YDT is not obligated to provide any such free trial period for any Product.

3. OWNERSHIP; PROPRIETARY MARKS. All YDT Product and licensed product from other content providers is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Except for the limited license granted to you in Section 2 of this EULA, YDT reserves all right, title, and interest, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trade secret, and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights, in and to the Product. You agree that YDT does not, directly or by implication, by estoppel or otherwise, grant any other rights or licenses to you under this EULA. You may not delete, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices appearing on the Product. All rights are reserved.

4. FEEDBACK. If you inform YDT of any errors, difficulties or other problems with the Product, or make any suggestions as to changes or modifications to the Product (Feedback), YDT will have the right to use the Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. All Feedback, including any and all patents, copyrights, trade secrets and any and all other proprietary rights in or derived from the Feedback, will be the sole property of YDT.

5. NO DISTRIBUTION OR COMMERCIAL USE. You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, publish, post, or otherwise provide or distribute the Product, in whole or in part, to any third party without the express prior written consent of YDT in each instance. You may not use or distribute the Product, including but not limited to any content you create using the Product (e.g., personal notes, bookmarks, Look/Learn/Live curriculum, etc.) for any commercial use or purpose.

6. RESTRICTED USE. You must use the Product in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, and this EULA. You may not use the Product for any illegal, non-personal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Product in a manner that could damage or cause risk to YDT business, reputation, employees, customers, facilities, or to any third party. Unauthorized use of the Product includes but is not limited to: (a) tampering with or using non-public areas of YDT‘s websites or computer systems; (b) attempting to probe or test the vulnerability of YDT’s websites or systems, or to breach YDT’s security or authentication measures; (c) attempting to access or search the Product, or YDT’s websites or systems with any software or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by YDT or other generally available third party browser; (d) attempting to decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to access or obtain the source code of any of software comprising or in any way making up a part of YDT’s websites, apps or systems; or (e) attempting to interfere with the access of any user, host or network, including but not limited to sending a "virus" through the Product or YDT’s websites or systems.

7. NO REVERSE ENGINEERING. You may not copy, list, print, publish, display, modify, create derivative works of, translate, decompile, decipher, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to access or obtain the source code of, or any other proprietary or confidential information from, the Product, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

8. UPDATES. YDT may, in its sole discretion, provide to you updates or supplements to the Product. If YDT provides you any Updates, this EULA will apply to those updates. The Product may operate only on those hardware and software platforms specified in the Product documentation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate software, hardware and Internet connection to operate the then-current version of the Product. YDT reserves the right to cease supporting any hardware or software platform at any time, with or without notice.

9. USER ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD; SECURITY. You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account, including through the Product. You agree to immediately notify YDT of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security of which you become aware.

10. TERMINATION; SUSPECTED BREACH. If you breach any of the terms and conditions of this EULA or YDT suspects any breach of this EULA, or for any other reason that affects YDT’s business, customers or the public, YDT may: a) begin legal action, b) immediately suspend or terminate the EULA, or c) cooperate with law enforcement in legal proceedings against violators. You agree to cooperate with YDT in investigating suspected violations. In the event of termination of this EULA, any and all licenses granted to you under this EULA immediately cease, and you must: a) immediately cease any use of the Product and b) delete all copies of the Product in your possession, custody, or control, including any copies of the Product on magnetic media or computer systems.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. THE PRODUCT AND ANY ACCOMPANYING SERVICES (E.G. DATA SYNCHRONIZATION) ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF YDT TO YOU, AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, INJURY, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION RELATED TO THE PRODUCT OR THIS EULA WILL BE THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT OR SEVEN DOLLARS ($7.00), WHICHEVER IS THE GREATER. THE EXISTENCE OF MULTIPLE CLAIMS OR SUITS UNDER OR RELATED TO THIS EULA WILL NOT ENLARGE OR EXTEND THE LIMITATION OF MONEY DAMAGES.

13. INDEMNIFICATION. You must defend, indemnify and hold YDT harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs or damages arising out of your use of the Product or your violation of this EULA.

14. NO ASSIGNMENT. This EULA will be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against your respective successors and permitted assignees. You may not assign this EULA, or any of your rights, interests, or obligations in connection with your use of the Product, without seeking and obtaining the prior written consent of YDT in each instance. Any such assignment without such consent will be void and of no force and effect.

15. THIRD PARTY CONTENT. The YDT Product contains content or links to various third party web sites and other resources ("Third Party Content"). This third party content (e.g. other than youdiscovertruth.com, ydt.youdiscovertruth.com, godcha.org and god-cha.com) is not under the control of YDT is not responsible or liable for the content, communications or materials of any Third Party Content. YDT, if applicable, provides this content or links to you as a convenience only. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by YDT of the Third Party Content or any association with its operators. You are responsible for adhering to the applicable terms of service for any Third Party Content. You are solely responsible and liable for any interactions you may have with such entities, their sponsors and other third parties.

16. U.S. GOVERNMENT LICENSE RIGHTS. All software provided to the U.S. Government pursuant to solicitations issued on or after December 1, 1995 is provided with the commercial license rights and restrictions described in this EULA. All software provided to the U.S. Government pursuant to solicitations issued prior to December 1, 1995 is provided with "Restricted Rights" as provided for in FAR, 48 CFR 52.227-14 (JUNE 1987) or DFAR, 48 CFR 252.227-7013 (OCT 1988), as applicable.

17. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS. You acknowledge that the Product contains software that is subject to U.S. export jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the Product, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, as well as end-user, end-use and destination restrictions issued by U.S. and other governments. You hereby represent and warrant that a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a 'terrorist supporting' country; and b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

18. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; ATTORNEYS' FEES. Colorado state law governs the interpretation of this EULA and applies to claims for breach of it, regardless of conflict of laws principles. The laws of the state where you live govern all other claims, including claims under state consumer protection laws, unfair competition laws, and in tort. Regardless of the choice of laws, any action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Castle Rock, Colorado, and each party irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.     Overview: Gives you a ‘snapshot’ of the particulars of the book you are reading. Touching 'more' gives you some specific details. The overview is a great resource to start with and use as a reminder and reference along your Discovery journey. Or any time you are reading God’s Word.

    Segment: You will see the Book and Chapter(s) in bold. They let you know the 'Segment' of the book you are reading. A segment is a group of paragraphs/chapter(s) that represent a unit of thought, having a common theme or a common event(s). A segment may be longer or shorter than a chapter. Segment discovery helps you understand the book in smaller bites. The Look, Learn and Live navigation that follows relates specifically, and only, to the 'Segment' you are reading.

    Prayer: BEFORE you begin your discovery it is critical that you ask God, by His Spirit for help. Jesus promised that God would send the Helper (the Holy Spirit) to teach you all things But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, who the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you (John 14:26). SO, every time you begin your discovery ASK for His help in opening your mind to understand the Scriptures Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45). Continue and complete your time of 'Discovery' with an attitude of constant prayer. Your Creator has designed you to commune with Him, vow to do your part and He will show you amazing things.

    Look: The main question when 'looking' at Scripture is: what does it "say"? The look section helps you to 'see' the details of the passage. Most of your time (up to to 80%) must be spent here. Observing the text is the basis for accurate learning and living. It is the foundation for your discovery so please invest your time, you'll be glad you did! Just use the words of the text, they have never been proven wrong. On the other hand, man’s words may not be right, including yours. Each navigation button in the Look section is a designed action to help you 'see' what the Scripture 'says.’ Touching them while in the application will tell you what the action entails. Using these specific actions will help you find and ‘see’ some of the main facts, details and ideas quickly. A more specific understanding of the actions of each of the Look navigation buttons is below.

    Learn: Learn questions help you discover a deeper understanding of what the Word of God "means." After you have spent time looking at scripture, it's time to ask a few questions. Many times you will need to go back to the Look step to make sure you have the facts and are not assuming. Remember, God made the text clear for you, assumptions are dangerous, be sure to get the facts from the text, not what you think! Your learn answers should be according to the actual scripture verse(s) that you have looked at. Using God's words will help keep you on His path of discovery! Take your time on these questions; they will help you get at the meaning of the text. Learn questions are the middle link to your discovery; don’t leave them out.

As you 'Learn' there are some good tips to keep in mind:

Prophecy: Almost half of the Old Testament books are prophecy books. The Greek word for prophecy, propheteia, comes from two Greek words: pro, meaning "forth," and phemi, meaning "to speak." So, prophecy means to speak forth. Since the Bible is God's Word we could say that all Scripture is prophecy, speaking forth the mind and counsel of God. From Genesis to Revelation God speaks forth. Awesome! There are two types of prophecy that scholars have identified that are important to understand:
a) Forthtelling - is a message about the present or immediate time
b) Foretelling - is a message about what God will do in the future
Keep these in mind as you discover Truth in the 'Learn' section. Remember, the Bible doesn't give you specific things that will happen in your life, but it does give us the big picture on what we can expect if we follow Him or choose to go our own way.
Context is critical. Consider each verse in the light of the surrounding verses, the chapter you are in, the book, and the entire Word of God. The question is; am I learning what the scripture says about the subject? Discover what the author is saying, not what you or others think; do not add to His meaning, the surrounding verses will support the message, and make sure you stick with what Scripture says.
Always seek the full counsel of the Word of God. Just taking a few verses is dangerous; they could be used out of context of other scriptures overlooked or ignored that would have led to a different understanding. Read it all, verse, chapter, book and Bible.
Scripture will never contradict Scripture. It is God breathed and will never contradict itself. Sometimes, however, you may find it difficult to reconcile two seemingly contradictory truths taught in Scripture, such as the sovereignty of God and the responsibility of man. Don't take a teaching to an extreme that God doesn't. Simply humble your heart in faith and believe what God says, even if you can't fully understand or reconcile it at the moment. If you ask the Holy Spirit to help you He will! The Holy Spirit is your Teacher.
Keep the main thing the 'main thing'. Unless the author indicates that there is another meaning to what he says, stick with what he says, and use the 'full counsel' of God's Word.
Don't base your discovery on an obscure passage of scripture. An obscure passage is one in which the meaning is not easily understood. Because they are difficult to understand they should not be used as a basis for solely establishing a Truth.

Live: What you've looked at and learned is now invaluable to you for "applying" the Truth and "living it out" in your life! Your investment pays off here! Consider the Live questions as you arrive at the most important level; 'living out' what you've learned. If your not sure about your answer to the question, you may need to go back to the learn question, or even the look help to understand and hear what the LORD is saying specifically to you. All of the Discovery components work together for your application. The more you practice and embrace them all, the greater your rewards. Remember, the Holy Spirit is your teacher! Once you understand what the Word of God teaches, you are then obligated before God to accept that truth and to live it out. Your value comes in the application. Be diligent in your Discover and be encouraged, He will change your life!

Read with a questioning mindset using "5 W's and an H" - Who? What? When? Where? Why? How? Ask these questions, always. Don't skip them. They are critical! Doing so will uncover things you didn't see before. Expect to be amazed! For example: Who - who's the main character(s), What - is the main subject/theme, when - is this taking place, Where - geographic location, Why - is what's being said, said, How - how did it happen

Key words and phrases emphasize meaning. Words, and synonyms (e.g. wicked and evil) and/or phrases that are repeated in a portion of Scripture are there to reinforce a point. We've identified some key words for you, but don't take our word for it, hunt for them yourself. You'll be glad you did.

Word Definitions help understanding. Don't kid yourself; you might not know what a word really means. The only way you will know for yourself is to look it up for yourself. There is no room for assumptions, preconceived notions, or quick sound bites from the past. Look it up!

Lists help reveal principles, truths, concepts and sometimes the order of things. Consider the 5 W's and an H to help you make a list of facts (e.g. of God: Who is He talking to, what is God telling me about Himself, His character and/or His ways, what is He doing, when is He doing it, where is He doing it, why is He doing it, how is He doing it). Check it over, you just might add to your list.

Contexts are phrases, sentences, or chapters surrounding what you are reading. Context helps you fully understand, confirm and compliment the meaning. Context is critical for accurate interpretation. Scripture never contradicts Scripture.

Contrasts are differences or opposites indicated with the words 'but', 'however', or 'nevertheless' (e.g. light vs. darkness, heaven vs. hell).

Comparisons refer to things that are similar or alike indicated with words 'like', or 'as'. They give added meaning.

Terms of conclusion are words like 'therefore', 'thus' and 'for this reason', they are 'there' to indicate and inform us that a conclusion (or summary) is being made. This is a great place to stop, and review. You may have to backtrack, but be encouraged, the author of what you are reading just did!

Time references are important. They are words or phrases that reveal the time or sequence of events that answer the question of 'when'. They are indicated by: 'then', 'after this', 'until' and 'when'. Hint: look for 'days', 'weeks', and 'years' also to help you identify the time.

Cross References other Scripture(s) in the Bible that have/share the same ideas. Cross-references help you clarify and understand the scripture you are reading. The best way to learn Scripture is to let Scripture interpret Scripture. Looking for more cross-references on your own will enhance your discovery. All Scripture is inspired by God, it is God breathed, and it all goes together. The Bible is one revelation without contradiction, it never contradicts itself; it is impossible!

Summarize the chapter/segment/book using a word or two summarizing what you have discovered. It will help you remember it. Using God's words from the text will help you stay on track. The fewer the words the better the memorization. Congratulations! You have shown yourself approved in studying God's Word. Well done good and faithful servant.
